Lead Limpact’s afternoon manufacturing shift with production supervision, safety leadership, and real-time problem-solving from 3:30 pm to midnight.
The Afternoon Shift Supervisor leads production employees and connects the production floor with plant leadership. This hands-on supervisor manages output, staffing, quality, workflow, and employee engagement. The position also coordinates with maintenance and quality planning while supporting safe, organized operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead shift startup, assign work, and align priorities
Monitor output, staffing, workflow, and production targets
Address quality concerns and escalate issues when needed
Coach employees through feedback and transparent expectations
Manage attendance,



timekeeping, overtime, and employee relations
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years of manufacturing experience
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of Ontario occupational health and safety regulations
Microsoft Office and workforce management systems experience
