Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $25-$28 per hour Work Model: Hybrid (1 day in office) Posting Type: Open vacancy Are you fluent in English and French and enjoy helping people? Join our client, a respected non-profit organization, where your work will support important programs and ensure a positive experience for community members. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice assisting supporters and providing clear, professional guidance.
Answer inbound calls in English and French. Provide clear, accurate information about programs, policies, and processes. Assist supporters with completing contributions and updating their records. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
Customer service or call center experience preferred. We may also use AI-enabled tools to support parts of the application review process. #
