The Bilingual Technical Project & Business Analyst leads technology projects supporting Chartwell’s business objectives. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate delivery from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. The position requires English and French fluency, stakeholder management, and robust analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and validate requirements with Chartwell stakeholders

Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables

Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks,



and budgets

Coordinate business units, IT teams, and vendors

Support implementations, training, and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements: Fluency in both English and French

Minimum five years in analysis or project management

Enterprise hardware and software implementation experience

Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities

Valid driver’s licence and Canadian travel availability
