Paladin Security is seeking a Security Guard for this high-traffic commercial site. The role involves patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and customer service. You will help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers, retailers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior, exterior, and parking area patrols
- Verify credentials and manage visitor entry
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access controls
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical situations
- Assist shoppers, employees, tenants, and emergency plans
Requirements:
- At least one year of security experience
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Valid Class G license with clean driver's abstract
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
