You will also support new hires, motivate colleagues, resolve service issues, replenish stock, and guide customers through collections. Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the team during manager absences
- Support cash handling, opening, closing, and KPI tracking




- Deliver personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Build client relationships and maintain a client book

Requirements:

- One year of retail or customer service experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
