Operate computerized building automation systems for Aramark while coordinating maintenance, repairs, and facility equipment support. This position requires BAS control and mechanical troubleshooting.

The Maintenance Operator supports facility operations through BAS monitoring, general maintenance, and equipment repairs. The role includes planning operational requirements, inspecting mechanical systems, supervising contractors, and supporting construction or renovation projects. It operates with limited supervision and reports regularly to facility leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control daily BAS operations and building system functions
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and diagnose mechanical systems
- Supervise contractors and technicians during facility projects




- Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Support events through electrical hookups and lighting adjustments

Requirements:

- Two to three years of similar experience required
- High school education completed at minimum
- Demonstrated maintenance expertise preferred
- HVAC experience considered an asset
- Availability for shift work, evenings, holidays, and weekends
