As Building

Technician – Maintenance and Carpentry, you will carry out general maintenance and carpentry work that keeps our facilities safe, functional, and in excellent condition. You will work in close collaboration with the Real Estate Services team, supporting building maintenance, repair, and space planning projects across the campus.



Carry out minor repairs and general building maintenance across facilities Perform carpentry work — including the fabrication, assembly, adjustment, and repair of furniture and architectural elements Install, relocate, or modify equipment and fixtures according to operational needs Conduct visual inspections of facilities and report anomalies or repair needs Keep workshops, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in carpentry or equivalent experience Experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or building maintenance Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks, including moving equipment and materials on site — accommodations are available upon request Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a robust commitment to quality workmanship Basic computer proficiency (email, work order systems, and mobile applications) On-site role at the heart of Cirque du Soleil's International Headquarters in Montréal ~ A culture focused on equitable practices and team-building events ~ Accommodations are available for those with disabilities upon request throughout the recruitment process. #
