We are a well-established Ontario-based Labour and Employment Law firm with a large client base across a variety of different sectors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of labour and employment matters
Provide strategic advice to employer clients
Draft pleadings, contracts, policies, and legal opinions
Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration boards
Conduct legal research and prepare written submissions
Handle files independently from intake to resolution
Qualifications Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
4+ years of experience in labour and employment law (preferred)
Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities
