About the role:

This is a hands-on position that combines custom orthotic manufacturing, inventory management and general clinic support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Orthotic Manufacturing

- Assist with the fabrication, finishing, and modification of custom foot orthotics.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe manufacturing workspace.

Inventory Management

- Monitor and review inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Order materials, supplies, and products as needed.
- Receive deliveries, verify orders, and organize inventory.
- Help identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce waste.

Clinic & Customer Service Support

- Occasionally answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with general inquiries.
- Provide administrative and customer service support when required.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the clinic.
- Support team members with other day‑day clinic operations as needed.





Qualifications & Skills

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.
- Friendly, qualified, and willing to assist patients when needed.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, inventory management, or a healthcare environment is an asset but not required.
- Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
