Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals in Sudbury, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, able to work night shifts, a qualified demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team. Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .

Experience with report writing and note-taking. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.

Ontario security guard license Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Monitor and control access to the facility/store area. Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly presence at all times.

Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols while following site protocols and post orders, including monitoring customer and guest movement throughout the property. Ensure all safety and emergency procedures are followed during fire alarms and other site emergencies. Complete all site-specific training and follow guidance provided by the Site Supervisor or Manager.

Maintain accurate records, complete incident reports, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Operate and monitor security systems, CCTV equipment, and complete all required training programs. Comprehensive health and dental benefits Paid training and development programs.
