This Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team across business areas. You will coach sales associates, analyze sales results, and lead training sessions. The position combines product demonstrations, brand education, cash handling, and merchandising responsibilities.

- Coach sales teams using StoreForce dashboard results
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and product demonstrations
- Educate customers about Lush brand values

- Manage cash handling, opening, and closing procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum one year customer service and sales experience
- Experience with coaching, feedback, and training
- Experience with cash handling and opening procedures
