Marketing Specialist – Ad Operations Permanent, Full time, On-Site At FFUN Group, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist – Ad Operations who knows how to make digital advertising work smarter, perform better, and deliver real results. If you're someone who gets excited about campaign performance, loves digging into data, and knows your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media strategy, this could be your next big move. You’ll be joining a collaborative, creative, and fast-moving Marketing team where your ideas matter, your analytical skills make an impact, and there’s always something new to optimize.

With multiple automotive and recreational dealerships across Canada, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands, campaigns, and exciting projects. This is an on‑site role based at our Saskatoon office. Build, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Meta, and other paid social platforms.

Turn data into results. Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and reduce cost per lead. Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment.

Test, learn, repeat. Run A/B tests, experiment with targeting and creative strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance. Track key performance indicators, including lead volume, cost per lead, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

Ensure advertising campaigns meet brand guidelines, tracking requirements, and manufacturer (OEM) co‑op advertising standards. Work closely with our creative, data, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life and achieve business goals. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and projects using tools like Asana.

Stay ahead of the game. Keep up with evolving digital advertising trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve performance. A data-driven mindset.

Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns. A performance-focused approach. You understand cost per lead, conversion rates, lead generation, and how to maximize advertising budgets. You're comfortable juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and working with project management tools like Asana. You enjoy working with creative thinkers, analysts, and marketing professionals to achieve shared goals. Automotive industry experience? That's a bonus, but not required!
