As a Chef De Partie, reporting to the Chef Manager, you will perform a variety of customer service based tasks within the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Contribute to a culinary experience of the highest quality, consistency, and creativity Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the daily preparation of meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring the food quality and presentation meets our dining standards Assist with menu creation,



budget control and development of new ideas Provide instruction to the kitchen team and monitor kitchen service levels to ensure Guests' needs are met Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily Prepare and cooks food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special Guests or functions Assist in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards Recognize superior quality products, presentations, and flavor Follow proper handling and correct temperature of all food products Previous banquet and Catering experience Food Safe Level 2 Certified (required) Dexterra Group is an equal prospect employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
