Lead food production in Calgary with strong team leadership and food safety skills. This AM-shift role supports protected, efficient plant operations.

As Production Team Lead, you report to the Production Supervisor and help build the plant team and its culture. You execute production, manufacturing, and sanitation directives while coordinating associates across food preparation and plating. You also drive measurable performance improvements and maintain Safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production associates across staging, cooking, portioning, and plating
- Monitor production plans and recommend productivity improvements
- Communicate targets, changes, and progress with stakeholders
- Maintain sanitation, equipment, PPE,



and waste disposal procedures
- Train associates on machinery, safety procedures, and company policies

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, equivalent, or relevant experience
- One to three years in food processing or manufacturing
- Team leading experience managing 30 or more hourly employees
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- English communication and basic Microsoft Office knowledge
