At Wine Rack, this Sales Associate role supports customers while introducing Arterra’s award-winning wines. You will receive wine education training and tasting opportunities while serving customers in a flexible store workplace. Retail experience is an asset, and Smart Serve Certification is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout each store interaction
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and merchandising tasks
- Receive shipments and replenish store products

Requirements:
- High School or equivalent education
- Smart Serve Certification
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 19 years of age
