Support high-net-worth clients at CIBC Wood Gundy through relationship management, portfolio support, and business development. Work on-site full-time Monday through Friday.

As a Client Associate, you will work closely with Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy. You will help manage portfolios, support investment plans, and uncover business opportunities. Your work will focus on meaningful client engagement, prompt communication, and stronger relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Investment Advisors with portfolio management activities
- Engage high-net-worth clients and anticipate their needs
- Identify processes and opportunities improving client experience
- Support business development and investment plan activities




- Participate in community events and marketing outreach

Requirements:

- Current Investment Representative accreditation in valuable standing
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer standing
- Registered Representative licensing is an asset
- Brokerage industry experience and quotation equipment knowledge
- Critical thinking and strong relationship-building abilities
