About Us

North Vancouver Chiropractic is a patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for individuals and families. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Care Advocate to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily operation of our clinic.

Position Overview

As a Care Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from their first phone call through each visit. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience.

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with patient inquiries.

Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing and insurance documentation.

Maintain accurate patient information and organize electronic files and documentation.

Support patient communication, appointment reminders, and reactivation campaigns.

Assist with daily administrative tasks and maintain an organized, professional clinic environment.

Coordinate with the chiropractor and team to support efficient clinic operations.

Help patients understand clinic procedures, services,



and scheduling options.

Protect patient confidentiality and follow applicable privacy policies and clinic procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, or healthcare is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and digital records.

Professional, dependable, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience with Jane App or other healthcare practice management software is an asset.

Compensation

$19–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
