Chandos seeks an Estimator for collaborative, multi-stakeholder Civil projects. You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires robust relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuits
Prepare full-cost estimates from concept through tender
Lead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisions
Complete material, labour, equipment,
and subcontractor take-offs
Track estimated versus actual costs and report variances
Requirements: Five years of estimating experience
Four years of construction management experience
Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diploma
Advanced Excel and cost-estimating software proficiency
Strong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilities
Apply civil estimating, cost modelling, and collaborative communication to deliver value across Chandos infrastructure projects.
