Support - (SecurTek Customer Care Associate) Type of Position: Casual Part-Time Responsible for providing quality customer service necessary to meet the needs of customers by utilizing inbound and outbound calling for all types of inquiries. Interprets, verifies and manually enters internal or electronic customer data into operating systems and uses established procedures for managing internal and external customer and dealer interactions. Responds and handles inquiries and issues from customers, dealers, outside contractors and agencies with a focus on quality customer service.

Documents and prepares written communication to customers and dealers. Performs data entry of customer information into systems. Ensures accuracy of all customer monitoring account information including zones, dispatch procedures, and key holders.

Meets established goals and key performance indicators of a call centre and call productivity. Records all actions from general inquiries by inputting into appropriate databases. Assists with projects (ie: data maintenance, clerical or miscellaneous duties) as required.

Demonstrated ability to handle customer contacts with tact, diplomacy, and courtesy at all times.



Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications. Successful completion of prescribed training.

Works shifts as per Collective Agreement. Overtime may be requested. Complies with all safety, health, and environmental policies, programs, and standards at all times. This is an on-site position located at the location(s) above. Out of province/country candidates must be willing to relocate. Flexible work opportunities, in province, may be available.
