Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) / Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services, implement individualized treatment plans, and support client progress toward communication goals.

The ideal candidate must be available to work Saturdays or/and Sundays or/and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation of therapy sessions based on SLP-developed treatment plans.
- Support clients with articulation, fluency, language, and social communication goals.
- Prepare therapy materials and resources as needed.
- Accurately document therapy sessions and client progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients,



families, and team members.
- Attend regular supervision and team meetings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences or Diploma in Communicative Disorders Assistant.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience working with pediatric population.
- Experience working in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, and AAC.
