Deliver focused endoscopy nursing care at Mount Sinai Hospital, using assessment skills and composure across preparation, procedures, and recovery. Support patients through specialized gastrointestinal and respiratory care.

As a Registered Practical Nurse in Endoscopy, you will provide direct patient and family-centered care. You will complete assessments, administer medications, manage IVs, and prepare patients for procedures. Unit-based education supports continued development as instrumentation and techniques advance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient and family-centered endoscopy care
- Complete physical assessments on patients
- Administer medications and provide necessary care
- Insert and manage intravenous lines




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Current positive-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Graduation from a CNO-approved Practical Nursing program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Two years of recent acute care clinical experience preferred
- Previous endoscopy experience considered an asset
