Randstad Canada is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Winnipeg to lead a hands‑on maintenance team in a fast‑paced fresh produce facility. You will prevent downtime, troubleshoot equipment, and mentor maintenance and production staff on safe practices and proper care.

You will manage preventive/predictive programs, coordinate repairs, and partner with production to ensure smooth operations. Evening shifts are included, with strong pension and RRSP advantages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
