Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will advise corporate leaders across complex HR and industrial relations matters. This permanent, full time role supports workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and organizational change. You will also partner with internal Centres of Expertise to deliver aligned HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise corporate leaders on complex human resources and labour relations matters
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives
- Manage complex industrial relations matters in a unionized environment




- Coach leaders through performance management and workplace situations
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations
- Minimum five years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience
- Advanced written and verbal English and French communication skills
- Direct experience in a unionized work environment preferred
- Professional human resources designation preferred
