As an experienced Estimator, you will prepare discipline estimates from specifications, drawings, and contract plans. The work requires construction estimating knowledge, cost control experience, and technical writing skills. You will also contribute to risk review, design options, and project hand-offs.

Key Responsibilities: Review proposal specifications, drawings, and pre-bid meeting information

Calculate material quantities and complete scope takeoffs

Incorporate historical purchase order and productivity data

Provide technical input on project and contract risks





Recommend vendors and subcontractors for designated scopes

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

Five-plus years in construction, estimating, or cost control preferred

Advanced knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software

Specialized knowledge of alternative construction delivery methods

Ability to lead large or complex pursuit estimating activities

Apply construction estimating expertise, HCSS Heavy Bid knowledge, and technical judgment to support accurate project pursuit decisions.
