Location: Megan Court, Rusagonis, New Brunswick Duration: November 16, 2026 to February 15, 2027 Hours: Approximately 48 per week. Work may be intermittent, with an expected schedule of 8–10-hour days, 5–6 days per week, as needed. Project

Oversee construction for a recent switching station, including a new yard, control building, steel lattice switch structure, switching equipment, breaker, potential transformers, and radio tower.

Responsibilities Plan site mobilization and construction execution, and coordinate site activities. Supervise contractors and hold regular site meetings. Monitor progress against the construction schedule and report to the Project Manager.

Ensure work quality, identify and resolve deficiencies,



and enforce site safety and security requirements. Coordinate materials and equipment with planners and workgroup supervisors. Identify change requests and escalate changes affecting scope, cost, or schedule.

Ensure environmental and quality-control requirements are followed, and assist with project closeout.

Requirements At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience on construction projects. At least eight years of field experience in an industrial environment. Direct construction management experience, including some civil and electrical work. Valid driver's licence. NB Power experience is preferred. English-French bilingual ability is an asset.
