This Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and Site Superintendent across active projects. The work covers schedules, drawings, permits, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and site instructions. It also includes meetings, deliveries, trade coordination, reporting, safety documentation, and project close-out support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support project plans, schedules, and milestones across active projects
- Maintain drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, action items, and follow-up
- Manage deliveries, equipment scheduling, site access, and logistics
- Compile updates,



logs, timesheets, and delivery documentation

Requirements:

- Two to five years in project or site coordination
- Residential, commercial, or infrastructure project experience preferred
- Robust organization, accuracy, and documentation discipline
- Professional communication with teams, consultants, clients, and vendors
- Microsoft Office proficiency and digital systems comfort required
