This Project Manager provides leadership for assigned construction projects and coordinates clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The work includes project planning, performance reporting, procurement, risk management, and contract requirements. Success depends on transparent communication and disciplined oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Provide contract administration, technical expertise, and project leadership

Maintain safety plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and tracking systems

Monitor costs, quality, progress, risks, and opportunities

Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, payments, suppliers, and subcontractors





Coordinate closeout documentation, deficiencies, commissioning, turnover, and warranties

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience

Experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of contracts, codes, specifications, quality, and safety

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
