PLD Construction & Landscaping is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Construction Working Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive hands-on construction experience, and the ability to independently manage job sites from start to finish.
Responsibilities include supervising and working alongside a crew of 2–5 labourers, reading and interpreting construction blueprints, operating heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule. Candidates must have experience in concrete work, excavation, grading, drainage, and general construction practices.
The successful applicant must be capable of problem-solving on-site, maintaining a safe and organized work workplace, communicating professionally with customers and management, and ensuring all work meets company standards. A valid Ontario Full G driver's licence is mandatory. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable individual who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is comfortable both operating equipment and working hands-on with the crew. Previous construction foreman or supervisory experience is required.
Pay: $28.16-$49.11 per hour
Expected hours: 50.0 per week
