Our client is looking to add a Commercial Customer Service Representative in Ingersoll ON
Automotive administrative experience and/or supporting a purchasing team is an asset
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Customer Files
- Customer communication, phone, email
- Maintain all aspects of EDI (order, forecasting,, ASN) and parts information
- Print all orders for the warehouse to pick up and ship
- Regular review of customer orders/releases for changes and communicating these changes to the customer and all company departments
