As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you perform core and support processes within your assigned area. You help execute fulfilment operations accurately and on time, while maintaining data integrity. You also apply lean, simple, and cost-conscious ways of working to optimise daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform core and support processes using available systems
- Execute assigned fulfilment operations accurately and on time
- Contribute to high goods availability for customers
- Follow IKEA health, safety, and security rules
- Help prevent incidents involving people, equipment, and products
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Availability for shifts between 5am and 12:30pm
- Availability for shifts between 6am and 1:30pm
- Mandatory weekend availability
