Key Responsibilities: Lead due diligence, closing coordination, and transaction execution

Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt financings

Manage incorporations, reorganizations, governance, and compliance

Draft, review, edit, and negotiate corporate agreements

Maintain client files and accurate internal records

Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Ontario bar call and Law Society membership in positive standing

Three to six years of corporate law experience

Experience with transactions, drafting, and corporate governance
