As Clutch’s Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake Coordinator, you become the first employee customers meet when collecting or selling vehicles. You address customer needs, resolve issues, and support satisfaction throughout appointments. The work combines automotive inspection, paperwork, and customer tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a special experience to every Clutch customer
- Address customer needs and resolve appointment issues
- Inspect cosmetic and mechanical vehicle conditions carefully
- Complete paperwork and detailed customer tracking notes
- Assist team members with necessary tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer-facing experience
- Automotive industry experience is an asset
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
- Three-year clean abstract and clean background check
