Remote from Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa, this Delivery Operations Analyst role centers on automation, data quality, and workflow coordination.
At Cohere, the analyst connects GTM and Delivery Engineering through a unified Deal Desk operational system. You will manage Salesforce and Mission Control data, coordinate approvals and assignments, and improve workflows using automation, North, and AI tools. The work supports customer opportunities from initial brief through delivery assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer briefs and route required information for approval
Coordinate commercial approval handoffs to Engineering Program Managers
Track pre-delivery opportunities, blockers, actions, and missing information
Maintain Salesforce and Mission Control operational data
Develop reporting, documentation, workflows, and automation
Requirements: Two to four years in business analysis or operations
Experience with CRM and business operations systems
Robust analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
Automation experience with multiple AI tools
Ability to investigate root causes and resolve issues
Apply operational rigor, automation expertise, and systems thinking to improve Cohere’s GTM-to-Delivery workflow across Canada.
