Title: 1364-1 - Design Systems / Applications Engineer (EDM Gearbox / Driveline)

We are seeking a Design Systems / Applications Engineer to support Driveline and EDM Gearbox programs by serving as the key interface between Chief Engineering, Product Release, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Validation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integration and system balancing of EDM Gearbox components.
- Manage system interfaces, design reviews, and engineering change activities.
- Coordinate with DREs, suppliers, manufacturing, and validation teams.
- Lead DFMEA/DRBFM reviews and support DVP&R; execution.
- Review validation status, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive technical cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintain lessons learned, track action items,



and support program development activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience with driveline, drivetrain, powertrain, transmission, gearbox, or eDrive systems.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DRBFM, DVP&R;, system integration, and automotive product development.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Background: Driveline Engineer, Powertrain Engineer, Transmission Engineer, Gearbox Engineer, Systems Engineer, Design Release Engineer (DRE), or eDrive Engineer.
