Our client, an organisation focused on enhancing employability and economic participation, is seeking a motivated Skills Development Coordinator to join their team in Kimberley . This role is essential for designing, implementing, and overseeing skills development programs tailored to the needs of the unemployed and underemployed in the Northern Cape . The coordinator will work closely with training providers, employers, and community stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.

This position requires full time dedication on-site, engaging directly with beneficiaries and partners within the local community. Identify skills gaps and training needs within the target community. Develop and coordinate the delivery of vocational and life skills training programs.

Liaise with training providers to ensure quality and relevance of training content. Monitor participant progress and provide support and guidance throughout their training. Organize career fairs,



job placement activities, and networking events.

Collect data on program outcomes, including training completion rates and employment placements. Diploma or Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in skills development, training coordination, or career services.

Strong understanding of the local labor market and skills development landscape in the Northern Cape . Proficiency in data collection and basic reporting. Commitment to working on-site full-time in Kimberley .
