As a Consultant on Konrad’s Management Consulting team, you will support senior colleagues across digital and AI projects. You will help interpret business challenges, create client solutions, and guide design thinking. The work spans rapid-to-market initiatives and large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities: Support senior team members on digital and AI projects

Create digital and AI-enabled solutions for clients

Lead and participate in UX design thinking workshops

Interpret business challenges with design and technology teams

Coordinate projects and develop client presentations

Requirements: Two or more years of relevant experience

Background in strategy, design, or technology engagements

Passion for UX, digital design, and technology

Comfort using AI tools with sound judgment

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
