We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our team.

Job Summary: Your responsibilities will include imposing digital files for printing, operating digital print equipment, and assisting with finishing tasks such as binding, folding, cutting, packaging, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain a Xerox digital printer
- Operate Finishing Equipment - Triumph Cutter, Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, Horizon Folder, Coil Binder, Shrink Wrap, Heat Press.
- Prepare and impose digital files for print using software like Fiery Impose, Quite Imposing and Fiery Command Workstation.
- Assist in managing print jobs from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels.




- Ensure the print shop remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues or escalate when needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a print shop and knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift weights (up to 50 lbs).
