Girl Guides of Canada–Guides du Canada seeks a Program Manager on a one-year contract. You will coordinate complex initiatives, establish accountability, and support measurable results across organizational priorities. The work spans program governance, technology solutions, change management, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead digital transformation workstreams across CRM/ERP, websites, and learning systems

Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and escalation processes

Build master plans, dashboards, budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Coach project managers and resolve project-level challenges





Manage vendors, contracts, communications, and system adoption efforts

Requirements: BSc or BA in Business Administration or related field

Five or more years of program or project management experience

Experience managing complex programs or large-scale technology projects

Experience with Trello, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools

Experience with Waterfall, Agile, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
