The typical hiring range for this position is from $48,000 - $55,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity. We are currently recruiting for a full-timeClient Advisor, Auto Insurance to work in our Victoria, Uptown office and may occasionally work at the Royal Bay office.

This role’s purpose is to advise, explain, promote and sell insurance policies to ensure Acera clients are correctly insured. Provide auto and other types of insurance, including commercial fleet,



to our clients Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals The ability to work weekends Courteous to clients and co-workers Adhere to the Insurance Council of BC Code of Conduct A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence or a commitment to obtaining a Licence within 30 days of hire date Acera Insurance is the largest independent, employee-controlled brokerages in Canada.
