Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher/Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations. This hands-on role helps keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service while assisting with basic food preparation. The ideal candidate is attentive to cleanliness, follows food-safety practices, and works well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Duties

- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

- Keep dishwashing and food-preparation areas clean, organized, and stocked.

- Assist with food preparation, such as washing and cutting produce, portioning ingredients, and preparing items according to instructions.

- Support cooks with basic cooking tasks as assigned.

- Follow food-handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.





- Store ingredients and supplies properly and help rotate stock as directed.

- Remove waste and maintain clean floors and work surfaces.

- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to support smooth meal service.

Skills

- Cleaning skills and attention to kitchen sanitation.

- Food preparation and basic cooking ability, or willingness to learn.

- Understanding of secure food handling practices.

- Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and stay organized in a busy kitchen.

- Teamwork, reliability, and clear communication.

Pay: $18.35-$22.00 per hour
