We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day distribution center operations. As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team, and ensure efficient, accurate work flows and maintaining safety standards in the distribution center. Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets. Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency.





Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions. Support onboarding and training for new colleagues. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes, optimize space, and enhance overall Distribution Center performance.
