Responsibilities:

- Create an environment that promotes educational opportunities for infant, preschool, and toddler-aged children by managing and supporting a team of childcare educators
- Manage day to day daycare activities
- Provide support to families
- Design and implement daycare programs
- Registration/enrollment/billing inquiries as well as ongoing support for families
- Developing, implementing, and providing activities for children
- Leading by example through interaction including behavioral management skills, communication skills, problem identification and resolution skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum ECE Level 3; Child Development Supervisor.




- Current First Aid Certificate
- Evidence of Criminal Record Clearance, including Vulnerable Sector Search, within past 6 months
- Five or more Years’ experience in a childcare setting and at least two years as a childcare director.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to be creative and creative
- Strong teamwork; willingness to learn; effective time management, administrative and organizational skills.
- Creativity and flexibility.

**Evidence of Criminal Record Clearance, including Vulnerable Sector Search, within past 6 months.

Pay: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
