As an Early Childhood Educator – Infant/Toddler (ECE IT), your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all children. Creating a safe and engaging learning setting that promotes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. Observing and assessing children’s development and progress to inform teaching strategies.
Collaborating with families, support staff, and other professionals to support each child's individual needs. Facilitating activities that encourage social interactions and peer relationships among children. Maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education. Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
