The Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Specialist works within Corporate Engineering Services. This position executes CAPEX projects, supports OT systems, and coordinates vendors, stakeholders, operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT/OT teams. Its focus includes electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities: Execute CAPEX control and electrical systems projects

Develop tender packages, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors

Prepare drawings, technical reports, and project documentation

Lead meetings tracking status, budgets, performance, and risks





Troubleshoot OT systems and identify process improvements

Requirements: Diploma or degree in electrical, instrumentation, or automation controls

Three-plus years’ industrial automation experience or equivalent combination

Hands-on PLC programming with Rockwell PlantPAx, Siemens, or equivalent

SCADA development and industrial networking experience

Eligible qualified registration and frequent domestic, international travel availability
