The role requires current RN status with the College of Nurses of Ontario, BCLS certification, and at least 3 years of emergency experience. Triage education/experience, IV certification, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC/PALS are required or preferred. Strong patient teaching and critical-thinking skills are essential.
