Apply advanced clinical expertise in diabetes care as an Endocrinology Physician Assistant at Toronto General Hospital. This permanent full-time position supports inpatient and outpatient teams. UHN seeks a new graduate through its Physician Assistant Career Start Program.

You will provide patient care for diabetes and endocrine conditions, complete clinical assessments, support investigations, and develop treatment plans under medical directives. The position offers orientation and ongoing educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Provide care for diabetes and endocrine conditions Perform assessments, investigations, and symptom management Develop follow-up and care transition plans Contribute to quality improvement, research, and administration Participate in education and clinical pathway development Requirements: Current graduate in an accredited Physician Assistant program Bachelor’s Degree or recognized equivalent Current CCPA and/or PA-C certification Current CAPA membership and CPD/CME maintenance Eligible to work in Canada and Ontario Bring clinical assessment, diagnostic, problem-solving, and collaborative care skills to UHN’s Endocrinology team at Toronto General Hospital.
