We are seeking experienced and reliable flat roofing subcontractors or established crews for immediate projects throughout Mississauga, Oakville, Etobicoke, Halton Hills and the surrounding GTA.
We specialize in quality roofing installations and are looking for skilled subcontractors experienced in TPO, EPDM and self-adhered flat roofing systems. No torch-down applications.
Projects are primarily smaller residential flat roofs, typically ranging from 500–2,000 sq. ft.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing TPO, EPDM and/or self-adhered flat roofing membranes
- Robust knowledge of flashing, seams, roof transitions, drainage and waterproofing details
- Ability to complete installations independently with high-quality workmanship
- Own tools, equipment and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB coverage and liability insurance
- Reliable, professional and detail-oriented
- Established crews of 2–3 experienced installers preferred
Compensation
Competitive piecework rates, negotiated per project based on roofing system, square footage and scope of work.
