Position – Food & Beverage Manager

Location – Banff, Alberta, Canada

Salary – CAD $60,000–$63,000

Qualifications:

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop service teams while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs and operational efficiency.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards and consistency across dining experiences.
- Demonstrate a hands-on,



engaging leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Requirements:

- Previous F&B; management experience within an upscale hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Solid understanding of beverage operations, labor management, and cost controls.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
