About the Prospect

Our government client is seeking Evaluation Consultants to provide expertise on an "as and when required" basis. The Consultants will provide professional evaluation services to support in undertaking all or part of the development of evaluations, performance measurement activities, and strategic support related to PSC programs, policies, initiatives, and performance information profiles. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Developing evaluation plans, frameworks, and work plans
- Planning and supporting evaluations, studies, and assessment activities for programs, policies, or initiatives
- Developing terms of reference and evaluation methodologies
- Developing, reviewing, and validating logic models, theories of change, and related performance measurement tools
- Identifying appropriate evaluation approaches and methodologies based on program risks, complexity, and the availability of performance information
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing program documentation, administrative data, benchmark information, and other relevant sources of evidence
- Validating evaluation methodologies, findings, conclusions, and recommendations through stakeholder engagement, peer review, quality assurance processes, or expert review mechanisms
- Incorporating stakeholder feedback and refining evaluation products and deliverables




- Preparing and delivering presentations of evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations to management and senior executives

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- 2 to 10 years of experience in Evaluations within a federal public service
- Post Secondary Education
- Bilingual in French and English
- Reliability Clearance

About the Job

- Work environment: Project Based, Full time, Remote
- Salary: $60,000 to $200,000
