Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Proctor to oversee and facilitate examinations in a secure and supportive environment. The Proctor will play a crucial role in ensuring that testing procedures are followed, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and providing assistance to candidates as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service.

Duties

- Supervise the examination room to ensure compliance with testing regulations and protocols.
- Educate candidates on examination procedures and provide clear instructions before the test begins.
- Monitor candidates during the exam to prevent any form of cheating or misconduct.
- Address any questions or concerns from candidates in a skilled manner.
- Prepare the examination room by setting up materials, ensuring all necessary supplies are available, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Collect and securely store completed exams, ensuring confidentiality and security of all test materials.
- Report any irregularities or incidents that occur during the examination process to appropriate authorities.




- Assist in scheduling and coordinating exam sessions as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
- Experience in supervising or managing groups is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to educate candidates on procedures clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a fair testing environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends as required by the testing schedule.
